These terms cover this website and the waitlist. Using Cortex inside your organization is governed by a separate commercial agreement — and that one wins.
Free to browse, don't abuse it
Use the site lawfully, don't attack or scrape it, and don't submit other people's information without their consent.
Waitlist is not a license
Early access rolls out in phases. A waitlist spot is an expression of interest — no timeline, features, or pricing is guaranteed.
Enterprise terms live elsewhere
Any paid or production use of Cortex runs under a written agreement between us and your organization, which supersedes these terms.
Standard protections
The site is provided "as is", our marks stay ours, and liability is capped — the usual, written without the usual fog.
Acceptance
By accessing cortex.dooziesoft.com you agree to these terms. If you're acting for an organization, you're telling us you can bind it. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Use of this website
- Use it for lawful purposes only.
- Don't probe, scan, attack, or overload it, and don't attempt to bypass its protections.
- Don't submit information that isn't yours to give, or that is false or misleading.
- Don't scrape, mirror, or redistribute its content without written permission.
Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation — yours or ours. Early access is offered in phases, to selected organizations, and we may change phases, features, timing, or eligibility at any point. A waitlist spot is not a reservation, a purchase commitment, or a license to Cortex.
Intellectual property
Doozie Cortex, DoozieSoft, the Cortex mark, and all content on this site belong to DoozieSoft or its licensors. You get a limited, revocable right to view the site. Nothing here grants rights to the product, its source, or its branding.
No professional advice
Content on this site — including security and compliance descriptions — is general information, not legal, security, financial, or regulatory advice. Validate anything material against your own requirements.
Third-party links
We link to external services (for example, form delivery and fonts). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices — their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoozieSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).
Commercial terms govern product use
Licensing, support, service levels, data processing, governing law, and dispute resolution for Cortex itself are set out in a written agreement between DoozieSoft and your organization. Where such an agreement exists, it prevails over these website terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
